A78 Road closed after traffic incident
The A78 was closed in both directions between Wemyss Bay and Largs due to a road traffic incident at Skelmorlie on Friday evening.
The closure was confirmed at 11pm. Emergency vehicles are at the scene.
Largs Lifeboat were also called out as part of the major emergency response.
Ar 4.26am, the A78 Skelmorlie - Largs route re-opened - Amey reported "All lanes restricted in both directions have been cleared."
