The Largs and Millport News has teamed up with the Largs History Group for a weekly walk down memory lane.
Our first picture this week shows families out for a stroll along the promenade, with a ship departing the pier in the background.
Our second snap is this busy street scene from the late 1930s or early 1940s and shows a bustling Gallowgate Street with the flags of Nardini’s fluttering in the distance.
The Largs History Group is run by Robert Cathcart and Gerard Rattigan and can be found on Facebook.
