EXCITEMENT is building as Largs Thistle get ready to kick-off the new football season this Saturday.
Thistle are set to compete in their first full season in the PDM Buildbase West of Scotland Football Premier League as they at take on Rutherglen Glencairn at 2pm.
Manager Stuart Davison has already signed up exciting local ace Owen McGinty who used to star alongside Scotland star Billy Gilmour at Rangers, while Thistle have retained the bulk of the squad which has made such an impression in recent years.
Top scorer and skipper Scott Adam leads the line, Largs twins George and Will Sewell will wow the division and wing wizard Jack Haggerty has already netted some spectacular goals, so there is plenty for fans to look foward to.
