Exciting plans have been unveiled for a new multi-million pound Marks & Spencer in Largs which would generate around 50 jobs.

The wraps have been taken off a proposed M&S Food Store for 123-125 Main Street, to replace the Pearson of Largs showroom, inset, and base of architects firm Stewart Associates.
All jobs will be retained by both Pearson, who are expanding at Wemyss Bay, and Stewart Associates, who will be moving to new premises in Largs.
A planning application is due to be submitted for the M&S Food Store later this month
The current main occupiers of the site, Pearson, propose to consolidate existing operations to their site at Wemyss Bay and will retain all current jobs, while Stewart Associates have new premises lined up in Bath Street, Largs.
