Largs and Millport Weekly News:

Headliners Chris Greig & The Merchants, pictured above, are a feel-good, indie-pop music from Glasgow. As featured on BBC Radio Scotland, E4’s Made in Chelsea (S20Ep2), and STV News, Chris Greig & The Merchants are four best pals with their very own blend of indie-rock and pop genres has influence stemming from the likes of Jimmy Eat World, Sam Fender, and The 1975. The guys have spent the last couple of years (pre-pandemic) prolifically gigging around the Scottish indie-rock scene, sharing the stage with the likes of Vistas, SPINN, The Mowgli's, and Nick J.D. Hodgson (Ex-Kaiser Chiefs) to name a few.

After a seemingly everlasting lockdown, the boys return strong with the latest addition to their indie-rock/pop discography, ‘Wish You Were Here' - a hard-hitting track resembling a blend of The 1975 and McFly.
A host of other top bands from the West of Scotland will also be taking part while Suzanne late husband's band Emberfall will also be performing.

Largs and Millport Weekly News:

Son Derek and niece Sarah, both talented musicians, will be performing on the big day.

Suzanne said: "Everybody has missed live music so much during the pandemic.
"Stephen McDonald of Room approached me as he knew I put on a big gig for the Scottish Association for Mental Health a few years ago after I lost my husband Derek to mental health, and I was delighted to get involved.
"It is wonderful to have live music back as it has been a very hard 18 months for everybody - and I think it is marvellous that this is taking place for such an important cause.
"Every penny of ticket money will go to the school for the students' well being."

There will be street food available to buy on the day.
Tickets are £5 available from Room or at the door on the day.
