There was a respectable turnout at the Largs War Memorial this morning to commemorate Armistice Day.
The sun shone as the bagpipes were played by Largs man Michael McGowan to mark the end of the two minute silence at 11am.

A Service of Remembrance takes place in the Clark Memorial Church starting at 10am on November 14.
At close of worship assemble at the War Memorial - The Act of Remembrance is starting at 10.50am.
