Warning for Cumbrae ferry passengers after tree fall on major road
A major road on Cumbrae was blocked earlier this morning after a tree fell.
Ferry Road was made impassable by the fallen tree, but the blockage has now been cleared.
CalMac had warned ferry users to allow extra time for travel and to avoid the road.
It said: "Please be aware that a tree has fallen in a dangerous position and has partially blocked Ferry Road. Please allow additional time to get to the ferry slip."
