Thistle head into a huge Scottish Cup fourth round encounter today with Dundee North End at Barrfields

It is a 1.45pm kick-off at Barrfields Park with boss Stuart Davidson admitting it is a step into the unknown for his young side who are desperately looking for a return to form after two defeats on the spin to Troon.
Largs have a big opportunity to reach the final eight of the Scottish Junior Cup two years after reaching the final in a showpiece occasion.
Thistle will have to rediscover their form after two unexpectedly disappointing defeats to Troon - with the manager looking set to make changes for this Saturday's big cup tie.
Davidson said: "It is the Scottish Junior Cup and we want to go as far as possible but we need to see a reaction to the last two defeats.
"We have been on worse runs but I didn't see enough from us against Troon that we are going to turn it round so it is up to how the players come into training this week - as we want to do well in the Scottish Cup which means so much to Largs and the support.
"The most disappointing thing was not getting the reaction from last week's league defeat versus Troon as in the previous week they really let themselves down in the second half, and we threw the game away; it was down to us.
"Everything we spoke about before the game and we weren't at it.
"We expected the players to come out and want to do something about last week and unfortunately we ended up going out of the South Scotland Cup.
"We need to start doing it for the full game - and there is no better opportunity to bounce back than against Dundee North End today."

Thistle need to bring back the intensity they showed against the likes of Hurlford and Cuevelopment squad lost 2-1 at Troon last Friday evening in the league.mnock is they want to progress in the Scottish Cup.
Dundee North End got revenge on Carnoustie Panmure after a recent league defeat to win 3-2 in the Quest Engineering Cup last weekend. The Tayside side beat Newmachar United 2-0 in the third round of the Scottish Cup.
