The new luxury apartments being built to replace the former Queens Hotel in Largs have gone up for sale.
The development boasting scenic views of the seafront consists of 14 two and three bed apartments, is currently being built by Glenrowan Homes.
The Queen's Hotel was knocked down in January this year and was a favourite of the Scotland football team in the 1970s.
The luxury Vista Apartments are for sale for offers over £260,000 according to McEwan Fraser Legal Solicitors and Estate Agents, and are due for completion in summer 2022.
There are 12 two-bedroom apartments covering the ground, first and second floor, with the three-bedroom penthouse apartments located on the third floor.
Each apartment has an open plan living area with a contemporary kitchen boasting integrated appliances, and is described by the estate agents as 'the ideal zone for an aspiring chef'.
All bedrooms are double bedrooms.
Within the two-bedroom apartments, one of the bedrooms includes an en-suite and walk in wardrobe.
The ‘Penthouse’ apartments have an open plan lounge come dining area which gives access to the terrace and panoramic Clyde views. There are three bright and airy double bedrooms, two of which enjoy en-suites.
