Halkshill Bowling Club cancel functions until further notice
HALKSHILL Bowling Club have called off all functions over the coming weeks due to the new Covid-19 restrictions around the new Omicron variant.
A spokesperson for the club said they were 'disappointed' but had to put public safety first.
They added: "After considering the Scottish Government guidelines on fighting the new strain, we have decided to cancel all functions and visiting parties until further notice.
"The club will remain open for members who must follow the advice on social distancing guidelines, such as washing of hands and wearing of face masks."
