Shoppers at Morrisons petrol pumps are being left frustrated with a new charge.
The £100 temporary charge is made when filling up to ensure that drivers have enough money for their fuel.
The money is taken from a custumer's account automatically, and the cash can sometimes take hours or days to be released to use.
Most supermarket petrol pumps including Tesco and Sainsbury's have changed to the £100 charge after previously only charging £1.
The £100 never leaves accounts and drivers are only charged for the amount they fill up, but residents are still being left frustrated.
Customers have complained to various news outlets that the money temporarily being unavailable has left them short for other bills.
The change was made by card companies including Visa and Mastercard and not by supermarkers such as Morrisons.
