Violence erupted at the end of the Largs Thistle v Petershill Scottish Cup quarter final clash between supporters.
The nasty scenes marred a pulsating cup tie which saw Largs Thistle lose out 3-2 to Petershill.
A few minutes after the full time whistle, fighting broke out in front of the clubhouse with one scuffle spilling out on to the pitch in the unsavoury scenes.
A bottle was thrown during the melee as club officials and players attempted to calm the situation - with another brawl breaking out moments later - as police raced to the scene.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 4.30pm on Saturday, March 12, police were called to a disturbance at Barrfields Stadium, Brisbane Road, Largs.
"Officers attended and the crowd subsequently dispersed.
No arrests were made and enquiries are continuing."
