Motorists are being warned to expect traffic disruption as the Kelburn Garden Party kicks off tonight.
The A78 and the roads in and around Fairlie and Kelburn are expected to be busier than normal, with thousands making their way to the country park for a weekend of music and art.
Visitors have been warned by organisers not to park in the streets close to the festival or in Fairlie, however the surrounding area may still be crowded.
Reports of heavy congestion are already coming in between Largs Yacht Haven and the entrance to Kelburn.
The festival will end on Sunday night, with the remaining campers leaving the area on Monday morning.
