LARGS Thistle manager Stuart Davidson is setting his sights on bolstering his frontline and is hoping to land a new strikeforce to replace prolific goalscorer Will Sewell.

The Barrfields boss is remaining tight-lipped on who he would like to recruit but the Largs News understands he is looking to snap up three forwards soon.
Star striker Sewell netted 41 goals last season to help Thistle secure Premier Division safety and it's understood Davidson wants to move quickly to find replacements up front.
He said: "Although we want our strikers scoring goals, we want goals to be coming from all over the park like at the end of last season.
"We want our forwards to be able to defend too - so we can defend and attack as a team."
Meanwhile, Thistle have re-signed goalkeeper Jamie McGowan as well as defenders Laurie McMaster, Connor McGoldrick, Jamie Ballantyne and George Sewell.
Midfielders Sean McLeod, Stuart Faulds, Craig Forbes, Simon McBryde, Cory Hughes have also signed new deals to stay at Barrfields as well as forward Jack Haggerty.
Long serving striker and skipper Scott Adam is getting his knee checked out after playing through the pain barrier at the end of last season to help secure Thistle's Premier status.
Defender Ross Love is heading for the exit door, while midfielders Blair MacIntyre and Aiden Duffy are also leaving.
Talks are continuing with keeper Danny Farrell who held on to the number one spot at the end of last season.
Davidson said: "We are still on the lookout for a keeper and another midfielder or two and maybe another forward.
"It is disappointing to lose Blair MacIntyre who fancied a new challenge and we wish him Ross, and Aiden all the best for the future.
"Blair picked up a knee injury down at Darvel and struggled from there and never really got back after that, so it was a disappointing way for him to end the season."
The Thistle boss is pleased to have retained most of last season's squad after their heroic performance at the end of the season.
He added: "Although Jack Haggerty and Sean McLeod didn't feature so much at the end, they were very valuable as squad players.
"They played their part throughout the season.
"Jack was maybe not involved as much as he would like and it is up to him to force his way in the team.
"Pre-season is a good time to see everyone's character.
"Both Jack and Sean were unlucky with injuries throughout the season, and at one point Sean was flying."
Davidson is expecting another cut-throat league with very little room for error and insists his team need to make a good start.
He said: "The three teams who are coming up - Arthurlie, Petershill and Cambuslang - each won their leagues after tough campaigns in their sections.
"But it will make the league all the better as we are wanting tough competition and tested every week.
"We want to stand up to it and we will be pushing for the top half of the table this season."
The fixture list has not been revealed as yet but with only 30 games instead of 38 this time round Davidson hopes there won't be such a heavy midweek schedule in August which proved difficult for most clubs in the league due to squad resources, injuries and suspensions kicking in.
