Thistle boss Stuart Davidson has branded the side's second half collapse against Rob Roy as 'unacceptable' and is demanding a vast improvement this Saturday.

Premiership Largs are making the journey through to Alexandria to face Third Division side Vale of Leven in the 1st round of the South of Scotland Cup.
The good news for Largs is that influential defender Connor McGoldrick, who has missed the first three weeks of the season, is back in contention after a holiday.
Largs are licking their wounds after a shock 5-1 reversal at home to Rob Roy - their heaviest home defeat since a 5-0 thrashing at the hands of Maybole in 2014.

Boss Davidson said: "In recent weeks we have been hard to beat and not given away too many chances - and then we give away five goals on Saturday, four in the space of half an hour.
"Rob Roy fully deserved it but our performance played a big part in our own downfall, and I have told the players that it was unacceptable.
"We have got to do better as a whole. Even when we were doing alright it still wasn't good enough and when things were going against us we lay down to it and I feel that is unacceptable for Largs Thistle."
A goalie blunder from Jamie McGowan handed Rob Roy a 3-1 lead when Thistle were pressing for an equaliser.

Davidson said: "Jamie put the ball with his hands on to the deck to kick it out and the boy closed it down. Jamie knows he has made a mistake and put his hand up. We have seen lots of keepers doing it. It was 2-1 at that point and that goal deflated us. Jamie has been working hard in training with the goalkeeping coach and needs to put that behind him."
Thistle have won plaudits for their solid defending in recent games, and Davidson said: "It really isn't like us going back the past month so it is very disappointing from that point of view.
" I thought we started alright the first ten minutes and we started giving the ball away and we were slack.
"No offence to Rob Roy but I thought that was down to us and we were causing ourselves our own problems
"We worked hard to get the goal back and got a reaction and our tails were up
"We have been defending well in recent weeks but if we are not going to defend right then we have no chance.
"I wouldn't say the goals we lost were great moves or we were cut open - there were a lot of ricochets. Rob Roy were reacting first as they had more bodies round about it wanting to get there rather than us trying to defend it and wanting to clear our lines and that was a big disappointment to me."
The controversial opening goal saw David McGrath pick up an injury and had to be replaced at half-time. Davidson said: "David was fouled 100% in the lead up - it was a tackle from behind and it had studs."
With Largs netting an early equaliser in the second half, Davidson said: " I thought we were in the ascendancy but again I thought we were not creating enough and I feel that we have to do more up top. There are quality players up there who I think can do better."
Winger Sean McLeod missed the Rob Roy game as he was on holiday.
Davidson is looking for a strong response for the cup clash at Vale of Leven.
He said: "We must bounce back - it can go one way or another - it could be a banana skin and add to the Rob Roy misery or we can put it out of our mind and get going.
"We are not going to panic - it is a long season ahead, and we started well enough in the Rob Roy game but that match now gives me the opportunity of some home truths and to take stock.
"The result will hurt for a few days but we will move on."
