Pensioner given warning after 'assault' incident (Image: Source)
A 76 year old male was issued with a recorded police warning following an alleged minor assault.
The incident was part of a neighbour's complaint, and was included in the local police report at the recent Fairlie community council meeting.
A vehicle in the north side of Fairlie was targeted by vandals.
The incident happened in Keppenburn Avenue overnight between July 30 and 31.
The window was smashed, and police enquiries are ongoing into the incident.
