THE Isle of Cumbrae distillers have received a four-star rating from VisitScotland.
The excellence award was given for the standard of the business's shop and tours.
A spokesperson for the ladies who launched the venture said: "A four-star rating is not easy to get for a first evaluation and we received high marks for hospitality on our tours and in our shop - that means a lot to us."
It is s owned by five full and part-time 'Millportonians' and launched its first gin in September 2020.
By the end of their first year, the team had produced two international award-winning drinks including signature gin, Nostalgin, which won gold at the Gin Masters and bronze at IWSC as well as being named as a finalist at the Scottish Gin Awards.
