MORRISONS in Largs have teamed up with the Largs Foodbank to introduce a 'giving tree' for the festive period.
Customers can pick up a bauble worth £1, £2 or £5, with the cash going to help the local charity at one of its busiest times.
People can select a bauble, take it to the checkout along with their shopping and the amount will be added to their overall shopping bill.
A Morrisons spokeswoman said: "Every penny of the donations made will go towards our friends at the foodbank, who will use the money collected to purchase items of their own choosing.
"We would like to say a big thank you to our loyal shoppers for their continued support of good causes in and around the town."
