Train services between Glasgow Central and Largs will be cancelled, delayed or revised on Thursday morning and early afternoon.
The 10.53am train leaving Largs was cancelled due to an ongoing problem.
ScotRail have explained that because of an object being caught on the overhead electric wires at Paisley Gilmour Street, disruption is expected to last until around 1pm today.
