A BATTERING ram was used by police officers to smash their way into a property in Largs on Tuesday morning.
A police van and around eight uniformed officers attended the address in George Street.
The News understands the raid may have been part of the ongoing crackdown against drug dealers in the area.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 9am on Tuesday, police executed a search warrant at an address in George Street in Largs.
"No-one was within the property and enquiries are ongoing.”
