Thistle have been beating the big freeze by training indoors at Inverclyde Sports Centre - as they continue to train twice a week over Christmas and New Year.

And it is coach Andy Scott's Christmas wish that some of the club's long injury list clears up in time for January.
Largs next game is on December 30 away to Glenafton and need to keep firing on all cylinders as they sit 11th in the ultra competitive 16 team West of Scotland Premier League.
Andy is hoping Largs can get a positive run of results together as the new year beckons as Largs look to put one of their worst injury periods behind them.
He said: "The training is continuing in full over Christmas and New Year - we are keeping the players ticking over.
"It's not been easy without any games recently but just like most teams we are just aiming to get everyone back fit and healthy.
"It has been a bit up and down season and this has been the worst period we have ever had with constant injuries.
"We had the same team every week for a few weeks at one point as that was literally all we had with injuries and suspensions - we were down to the bare bones.
"The season has had a stop start nature to it, and we have not had a proper consistency level of going on a good run. Unfortunately we are out of all the cups but it means we can now fully focus on the league.
"We got good back-to-back victories against Troon and Darvel and we were hoping to kick on from there but that followed with defeats to Beith and Cambuslang.
"Even in games we have lost we have done a lot of the right things but maybe just a lack of concentration has cost us in the end. We have three 18 year olds and a 21 year old playing with us and three or four of them have come in to play at this level for the first time and they have adapted and competed well.
"Scott Lewis and David Ramsay both have good pace and work hard upfront and we want to play with a pressing and win the ball high up the park and cause the opposition problems.
"Alan Frizzell has had to do very well on his own upfront at times this season - the striking combinations have had to change a lot this season with Scott Lewis getting a five game suspension early doors we are only just beginning to see the best of him and what he is capable of. Again with a good run of games he will do well.
The strikers have been working hard at training and we want to show character an resilience."
One of Scott's frustrations has been that supporters have not been able to see much of talented midfielder David McGrath who signed from Yoker at the start of the season.
He said: "We have been unfortunate with injury with David McGrath getting a heel injury in only the second home game of the season - he has been out now for four months and he is a big player for us so we have to hope he will come back soon."
"Another blow has been losing defender Connor McGoldrick - he is very good at his job in defence and in both boxes he is a threat because of his height. All the defenders concentrate on him when he is in the opposition box because of his height but that then frees up other players to get goals. Unfortunately it looks like Connor could be out for some time to come."
Midfield playmaker Sean McLeod has had hamstring problems and will be getting more physio in the hope of an imminent return.
Experienced forward Scott Adam is continuing training after his knee operation as he aims to return to the starting line-up in the new year. His last appearance came in May with a penalty goal to guarantee Thistle gained a top ten finish in last season's Premier League.
Goalkeeper Jamie Walker is back in contention after a knee injury. Laurie McMaster has returned to some light training after a groin injury but it is a gradual return for the midfielder.
Andy Scott wishes all the supporters a Merry Christmas and thanked them all for supporting the club throughout the past season.
He said: "The support have been brilliant and all the players appreciate it.
"Manager Stuart Davidson and I had a good chat and we are very positive about the rest o the season and what we can see coming - and our main aim is to build some consistency and build confidence. We have shown at time this year what we are capable of and we can't wait till the next game."
