Largs will be without their talisman defender Connor McGoldrick who scored twice at Glenafton last season as they head for a Friday night showdown against the East Ayrshire outfit.

The game will be played under the lights at Loch Park with a 7.30pm kick-off tonight, and Thistle can take heart from their last midweek league this season when they toppled none other than West Premier Champions Darvel.
Manager Stuart Davidson is fully expecting a tricky encounter but backs his troops to get a positive result.
He said: "It will be a tough game played in the middle of winter - I don't know how heavy the park will be but it will likely cut up a bit.
"We need to be prepared for a battle and make sure we roll our sleeves up and fight first and foremost.
"Glens are a good team and they have some quality players.
"We had some good games when we came out on top last season and we want do the same again as it is vital that we pick up the points."
Largs recorded a memorable 1-0 win against Glens in the West of Scotland Cup a few seasons ago after starting a rebuild with many of the young players in the side at that time now experienced.
Thistle also managed an impressive 2-0 win against Glens at Barrfields on their run to a top ten spot in the Premier League table in April.
Davidson said: "Glens showed in the first 15-20 minutes of the game that they were a very good side and made it tricky for us.
"We need to get back into the mentality of winning every game - we have played a few matches now and if we don't start picking up victories time will run out on us.
"We have shown that we are capable of picking up good results at hard places -none more so than the win at Darvel - and I am looking forward to the Glens challenge.
"There will be a decent crowd and we want to see out the year with a win."
With postponements and a free week meaning Largs have had a longer break from play than expected, Davidson is not too fussed as it has allowed the opportunity for some long term injuries to clear up.
Davidson said: "Andy Scott was right last week to say we have been really struggling with injuries - we have had five or six players injured at a time but we are now hoping to have some bodies back but it has been tough.
"Ideally it would be good to get everybody back fit and healthy in the new year as I feel with a full squad we will be hard team to beat - we have definitely not had the opportunity to get a good run at it with a full squad."
Looking back over the season so far, Thistle have managed some key wins against the likes of Cumnock and Troon, and Davidson said: "We should be doing better than what we have been doing but injuries have had their effect. The management and the players came together last week and we feel can go forward and look at improving our displays. I think there is much more to come from this squad."
A number of youngsters have also got their opportunity to play this season including Lewis Davidson, Louis Thompson, Dario Nimmo and Blair Devine.
Davidson said: "It is great for them to get the first team action and the best way or them to learn, It maybe wasn't expected that Lewis Davidson would get as many minutes under his belt as he has but circumstances have played a part and he has done well and held his own. Other players like Blair and Louis are getting a shot here and there and they have also done well when they have featured."
As the end of the year beckons, and 2023 about to get underway, Davidson said he was proud of the side's achievements, particularly the great run at the end of last season to stay in the Premier.
Davidson said: "We worked so hard to stay in this league in the summer and we don't want to let that go - the effort and the commitment was fantastic but we need to match that again - the boys are more than capable of doing it and we need to make sure we go about our business in a professional and hard-working manner and the results will come."
