Drivers are urged to be careful after flooding reports on the A78 between the former IBM site and Wemyss Bay.
There are reports of lots of standing water at bottom of Flatterton Road A78 IBM Rd to Wemyss Bay.
Roads are starting to get flooded with surface water from bottom of Flatterton Rd down the dual carriageway to Bankfoot and Inverkip.
Inverclyde Roadwatch say that IBM road has lots of water and usual areas near old Greenock High School and Cloch Road.
There is also flooding on the road on both lanes at Lochwinnoch which is passable with care.
There is also flooding on the road from Cardwell Garden Centre to Gourock on one side.
