The regular Walking Football at Inverclyde Sports Centre continues to inspire as veteran players take to the pitch - and have a great kickabout!

The action takes place every Wednesday afternoon at the Weir 3G Centre in Largs.

Pat Rall was dishing out the cards as referee on the day with lots of goals and some impressive saves at last Wednesday's game.

Players are only allowed three touches of the ball - which means first touch is crucial - and the ball must be kept on the ground at all times when passing.

The energetic hour of play is rounded off with a visit to the cafe at Inverclyde Sports Centre as the players get a chance for a social get-together after the match and debate the finer points of the game!
