A free event is taking place in West Kilbride today (Thursday January 26), aimed at helping older people in the village see what support is available to them.
The Age Well event is organised and funded in collaboration with local organisations and North Ayrshire Council.
Residents can head along from 11am until 3pm in the village hall for a free lunch, activities, information and live music.
There will be health and blood pressure checks, as well as massage and reflexology.
