Local residents are being given a further chance to shape how the area’s roads and travel networks will look in the coming years.

North Ayrshire Council is currently preparing a Local Transport and Active Travel Strategy which will provide a framework for investment and decision making on transport issues.

Now residents, businesses and visitors are being invited to share their views on the draft LTATS - to help the council finalise the proposals and ensure that they can improve transport for all in the area.

Residents can head along to in-person consultation events at Clark Memorial Church in Largs on Thursday March 23 and at Garrison House in Millport on Tuesday April 4, both from 3pm to 7pm.

The consultation can also be viewed online until Sunday April 23 at www.northayrshiretransportstrategy.com.
