Police in Ayrshire are reminding drivers not to drive when feeling tired.
If you are feeling tired when on the road, stop for a coffee and have a rest.
A police spokesperson added: "Driving while fatigued will affect your driving performance, your reactions and your focus.
"This impacts your ability to control the vehicle and your decision-making.
"Typically when drivers fall asleep at the wheel there will be no signs of braking, which result in higher speed collisions.
