A vehicle was seized by police after insurance checks were carried out on a motorist.
The incident happened in Lindsay Crescent when a 44 year old man was reported for no insurance.
In a separate incident, a 44 year old woman was reported for no insurance in Nelson Street.
Both individuals have been reported to the Procurator Fiscal.
