PUTTING competitions, tech chat and theatre outings have proved to be a fun combination of activities for a community group in Largs.
Largs Probus Club provides the opportunity for retired or semi-retired men over the age of 55 to meet and promote friendship and good fellowship.
The club meets weekly on Wednesday mornings in the Willowbank Hotel on Greenock Road at 10am, for coffee and chat, followed by a guest speaker.
There is also an active bowls section, a technology discussion group and outings to the theatre and places of interest.
