Largs Amateur Operatic Society mark their 75 year milestone with the exciting production of hit musical Calendar Girls this coming week.
The much-loved tale about a group of ordinary women in a Yorkshire village who strip for charity begins on Wednesday evening at Barrfields Theatre.
Experienced actors who have been treading the boards locally for decades have already signed up for the show, including Pat Nicol, Andy Park and News columnist Drew Cochrane.
The heart-warming comedy follows a group of ordinary women to who decided to create an artistic nude calendar to raise money for charity.
It will perform at Barrfields from March 22 to 25, including a matinee showing on the last Saturday to enable Millport theatre goers to get the opportunity to travel across.
