'Wrong address' parcel theft in Largs (Image: Newsquest)
A parcel which was sent to a wrong address is believed to have been stolen.
Police reported on the matter at the recent Largs Community Council meeting.
The incident happened on February 15 at Chapelton Way.
A police spokesperson said: "Persons as yet unknown did steal a parcel that had been delivered to a wrong address."
Enquries are continuing.
