A yoga event is coming to Largs in April giving you the opportunity to find what postures, and daily routines, best suit your needs.

Seasonal Yoga has six seasons: Spring, Early Summer, Summer, Late Summer, Autumn and Winter.

And each season is unique.

You can find out more about the Spring Season and what postures, food, and daily habits would be beneficial to you.

The spring session takes place at Vikingar! on April 16 from 1-3pm and is free to gym members - or £7.50 for others who wish to attend.
