Planners at North Ayrshire Council have approved three applications in the Largs area throughout March.
From a prominent derelict building to extension erections, here are the three plans given the green light in the last month...
Restaurant and flat - 82 Gallowgate Street
Planning permission has been approved for a new restaurant and upstairs apartment in former Helter Skelter youth club building on the seafront.
Gordon Craig, owner of restaurant chain Tinto Tapas, put forward the vision for a new eatery at the site.
Plans indicate the restaurant could seat up to 42 people at tables as well as a further five customers at the bar.
Planners gave the plans the go-ahead, with some conditions attached concerning finishes to the building.
Erection of extension - 22 Newhaven Grove
An application was submitted in early March for the erection of an extension in the town's Newhaven Grove.
The application also included alterations to the side conservatory to form the extension.
Planners approved the application with no conditions.
Demolition of conservatory - 162 Greenock Road
March's final planning approval is for the demolition of a conservatory on Greenock Road.
The application, which also included the erection of a single storey extension, was received on February 22.
Planners approved the application with no conditions.
