A fund-raiser to help a Largs couple provide potentially life-saving surgery for their dog has reached £800.
Buster is suffering from hip dysplasia at just over one year old - and owners Alan MacDonald and Claire McGibbons are hoping to raise the £6,000 needed for essential surgery.
Without urgent help, labradoodle Buster will develop arthritis in his hips and may have to be put to sleep due to the pain it could cause.
The pair have put out an appeal to the Largs community for help to potentially save Buster’s life by giving him the surgery he needs.
