An acclaimed violinist who has fled war-torn Ukraine will be performing at a special concert next month.
Talented Liliana Gasparyan O’Shea will be joining the Coast Strathspey and Reel Society at their rally on Sunday, May 7 at the Beacon Arts Centre.
The society is made up of members from across the west of Scotland, including Caroline Le Good Morgan of Largs.
Caroline said: "It is so good to be back playing our usual selection of mainly Scottish tunes, interlaced with audience participation and lots of fun.
"We have guest players from fiddle societies from all over Scotland, and we are thrilled to have as our special soloist, Lliana Gasparyan O’Shea – a superb violinist, who has come over to Scotland from war-torn Ukraine."
Tickets can be obtained from the Beacon Box Office on 01475 723723.
The show beings at 7pm.
