Filming is set to take place for hit TV show Shetland on the Old Largs Road next week.
A section of road between the junction with Dunrod Road and the council border will be closed from 7am on Tuesday, April 25 until 6pm the same day.
A diversion will be in place as follows: Dunrod Road, Old Largs Road, Drumfrochar Road, Cornhaddock Street, Dunlop Street, A78 Inverkip Road, A78 Shore Road, Douglas Street, Brisbane Glen Road, Old Largs Road and vice versa.
The show has filmed in the location before, and fans are eagerly awaiting its eighth series.
It will be the first without star Douglas Henshall, who played DI Jimmy Perez in the police drama.
