Police have arrested a 41-year-old man after a spate of break-ins in Largs town centre.
The male has been charged with five offences following the incidents.
A police spokesperson said: "Following reports of break-ins to a number of properties in and around the Largs town centre area and subsequent enquiry by Largs Locality officers, a 41 year old male had been arrested and charged with a total of 5 offences.
"A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal."
