One of King Charles 'favourite cakes' will be in offer to sweet toothed customers at a seaside restarurant in Largs this weekend for the Coronation.
A spokesperson for Buena Onda said: "This Coronation weekend we will have a royal themed cake in our dessert cabinet and also part of a coffee and cake offer to be enjoyed alongside our beautiful sea views.
"It's a Victoria Sponge filled with lashings of purple plum jam (purported to be His Majesty’s favourite).
"It’s topped with a smooth off-white buttercream frosting and crowned with a scattering of purple cornflower petals, vibrant raspberry crumb and golden hazelnut bresilienne."
The restaurant is run by Sara Nardini.
