The recent sell-out folk concert in West Kilbride has given a big boost to volunteer gardeners in the village
The concert was held to raise money to help the Community Environment Group to continue to add and upkeep the village's garden areas.
The group work at enhancing the local area, planting, weeding and watering throughout the year.
The money raised will add to the colourful displays in the summer planters.
Irene McCulloch is pictured handing over the proceeds to gardeners Gillian Anderson and Lyn Wanless.
Irene and David McCulloch would like to thank the musicians who gave their time, Drew Kirkland for the PA, all those who donated raffle prizes, Kay Hall who helped organise the event and the staff of the Barony for their support.
