A stunning Triumph tr5 from 1967 was the star of the show at this year’s Millport Classic Car event.
The vehicle was awarded first place by Cumbrae Queen Allanah Violet Gardiner, to the delight of owner Colin Bourhill, who has owned the car for 28 years, and son Fergie.
Second place was given to Graeme Cousins and his Jaguar e-type from 1969, with Alfredo Nutini picking up third place for his 1972 BMW.
More than 100 classic cars beat the fog on Saturday, May 13 to wow the crowds in the grounds of Garrison House.
An event spokesperson said: “Thank you to everyone who attended, we look forward to seeing you all again in 2024.
“Thank you to our lovely group of volunteers, without them we wouldn’t be able to put on as big a show.”
