Road resurfacing works are due to take place on the A78 between Largs and Skelmorlie.
The maintenance will be carried out over night-time hours from 8pm till 6am from Tuesday evening, May 30, into Wednesday morning.
Temporary traffic lights will be put in position during the carriageway resurfacing.
Little disruption is expected.
