People are being invited to gin tastings in Largs this weekend - with some alluring flavours on offer.
Kicking off the July in-store tastings, Geraldo's is to welcome the Isle of Harris Distillery, winner of 'Scottish Gin Distillery of the Year 2021' at the Scottish Gin Awards.
Founded in 2015 and based in Tarbert on the beautiful Isle of Harris, the distillery is the first legal distillery ever built on the island.
Its artisan gin is made with botanicals including local sugar kelp seaweed, as well as juniper, coriander, angelica root and cassia bark.
The result is a refreshing gin with a good balance between the bitter juniper and pine, and the sweet fruit flavours of mango, grapefruit and orange.
Ryan will be offering samples from 1-5pm at the free in-store tasting in Geraldo's Gift Shop on Saturday. No booking is required.
People are invited to come along and find out what makes Harris Gin one of the best-selling gins.
