In an attractive opportunity for potential bidders, it has a rateable value of £10,000 so it therefore qualifies for small business rates relief, and described as being based in a prime location on the promenade, and the harbour.

The freehold opportunity is based in Gallowgate Street, and been many different guises over the years, including the town's first internet cafe in the 1990s - Cafe Norge - when punters paid for a pint and dial up internet.
