A former Largs seafront bar is to go up for auction on Thursday.
The former Albert's Bar, which has been closed for a number of years, is to go under the hammer at Future Property Auctions on July 27.
The guide price is £107,000.
The Future Property Auctions website describes the commercial property as a 'Rare Largs Class 3 restaurant/bar opportunity' and a 'perfect investment and development opportunity', and ideal for owner, occupation or investment.
In an attractive opportunity for potential bidders, it has a rateable value of £10,000 so it therefore qualifies for small business rates relief, and described as being based in a prime location on the promenade, and the harbour.
The freehold opportunity is based in Gallowgate Street, and been many different guises over the years, including the town's first internet cafe in the 1990s - Cafe Norge - when punters paid for a pint and dial up internet.
