And Millport Town Hall hosted a fashion show fundraiser with a colourful range of new summer wear on show as local ladies took to the catwalk - as well as children showcasing the latest items for youngsters.

Making a difference around the world from a small primary school in the west coast of Scotland was very much the aim of Brisbane Primary's Water Aid fundraiser with a cheque presentation happening at the school as impoversished countries were helped in getting a clean water supply.

And the World Cup might have been over for Scotland in Italy, but the Fiddlers football team were resplendent in their new sporting kits.
