A wide range of adult education courses are being launched in West Kilbride this autumn.
From exploring the stars in an astronomy course to learning new languages, or even studying one of great bastions of peace Martin Luther King - whatever takes your fancy, there is a course to suit all tastes.
The programme is being run by the West Kilbride Adult Education charity.
There are beginners courses in both Italian and Spanish, as well as an intermediary Italian class for those with a good grasp of the language, to a trip to the solar system with lecturer Alec MacKinnon of the University of Glasgow, and who has previously lectured on the subject in Largs.
There are also classes for beginners ballroom dancing, genealogy, singing, and wellbeing.
You can delve into European history from the Franks to the Normans, or try realistic yoga for beginners, or English literature.
If you are interested in arts and crafts, there are also classes for needle felting, embroidery and applique, watercolours and beadwork.
For more information about the courses, which start in September, and how to enrol, go to wkaded.org.
The next enrolment day for the autumn classes will be Monday, August 21 at the Community Centre.
