Two prominent business premises in the centre of Largs are set to go up for auction - but the shops are not going anywhere.
Both the building housing Ladbrokes in Gallowgate Street as well as the premises hosting The Healthy Option in Tron Place will go under the hammer next week.
However, both businesses have long-term leases and are under no threat despite the potential sale of the overall premises.
The Ladbrokes store on Gallowgate Street has a lease on the site until 2030, with rent of around £16,000 per year.
The opening bid for the site is set to be £196,000, with the auction running on August 10 from 10am to 3pm.
The Healthy Option store in Tron Place has a lease until June 2032 with rent of around £12,000 per year.
It will also go under the hammer on August 10, with an opening bid set at £136,000.
