A cafe in West Kilbride is hosting an energy advice event on Wednesday providing information on free government grants, and help with drastically reducing people's energy bills.
The event takes place in Bernie's at 39 Ritchie Street, and also includes information and advice on solar panels, insulation and heating. It is running from 10am until 2pm on August 30.
An event spokesperson said: "Come along for some free, no-obligation advice on drastically reducing your energy bills.
"We can assist you in obtaining free eco funding or local authority flexibility schemes administered by Ofgem to improve energy efficiency house improvements for house owners and rented accommodaiton to tackle fuel poverty."
