A stunning video of a humpback whale breaching off the Ayrshire coast has been captured.
Andrew Girvan caught the incredible footage on board the MV Caledonian Isles on the way to Brodick around 6pm on Wednesday.
The animal can be seen making multiple jumps out of the water and into the air, wowing onlookers on board the ferry.
