In this week's delve into the archives we look back to the 1990s when St Mary's Primary School in Largs had an international link up.

Posing for a glamour fashion shoot were the below models who were photographed before heading on the catwalk for a Cancer Research fundraiser at the Willowbank Hotel.

And there were plenty of winning smiles at Mackays in Largs as local winners of a store poster competition proudly showed off their prizes with the store manager.

There was a punch-up of the fun kind at the Cumbraean Amusements on Largs seafront - a popular amusements arcade which hosted Saturday morning fun activities for the community, and playing it for laughs were Kevin McAlliister and Peter Murray.

The Cumbraean Amusements, based where Costa, Co-op and Wetherspoons is now based, was popular with generations of youngsters from the 1970s until the 1990s, before it became Escape Bowling Alley and Lanes restaurant in the early 2000s.

And Lisa McCarthy and Cara Davidson provided a musical interlude to our nostalgic memories as they were both taking part in the cello competition in Ayrshire Music Festival.
