Drivers are being warned to expect disruption due to roadworks on the A78 through Fairlie on weekends until early February.
Temporary traffic works will be in place during the project, which starts at 10pm on Saturday, January 13 and is set to be completed by Monday, February 12.
Network Rail, which is carrying out utility works, said there will be some "slight disruption" to motorists both northbound and southbound.
